Asy Biscuit Dodol Sri Lankan Dodol is a traditional sweet made from Coconut Milk, Jaggery, and Rice Flour. For this recipe, we prepare it in a special way by adding Biscuits (Cookies). Therefore, we call this Biscuit Dodol and you don't need any Fresh Milk or Coconut Milk to make it. We used Nice brand cookies but you can use any type of plain biscuits such as Marie brand biscuits.

Traditional Sri Lankan Lamprais Recipe
