Onion Rings are a popular side dish or appetizer in many restaurants and in this recipe, we make Sri Lankan style Crispy Onion Rings that are spicy and savoury. These Onion Rings are very crispy and perfect for dipping into that spicy ketchup or mayo.

In most restaurants, you can substitute French Fries for Onion Rings as the side dish for a Burger.
