Kurigngnan Leaves Sambol Recipe, prepared 2 tasty ways
Kurigngnan Leaves (Ceylon cow plant) grow near the seaside and is often found in flea markets. We made 2 different types of Sambol using these leaves, the original way and a special way for those who do not like sambols.
By it's appearance you might think that Kurigngnan leaves are Aguna leaves but it is not. When you compare Kurigngnan and Aguna leaves, Aguna leaves are more round. Kurigngnan leaves on the other hand are more oval shaped.
