Eggless Mayonnaise in 10 minutes using just Milk and Olive Oil
You can make this Eggless Mayonnaise in just 10 minutes and it is much better than the store bought ones which have preservatives. This mayonnaise goes well with burgers, sandwiches, or chips. You can even use it to make fry sauce by mixing with ketchup.
Ingredients

Half a cup of cold Milk
- 1 cup of Olive Oil (or Vegetable Oil)
- Half a tsp of Mustard Seeds
- Half a tsp of Pepper
- Half a tsp of Sugar
- Salt
- 1 tbsp of Vinegar (or Lime Juice)
Instructions
- Add half a cup of cold Milk to a blender.
- Add half a cup of Olive Oil.
- Add half a tsp of Mustard Seeds.
- Add half a tsp of Pepper.
- Add half a tsp of Sugar.
- Add Salt to taste.

Blend everything together thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.
- Add 1 tbsp of Vinegar (or Lime Juice).

Blend it again thoroughly for 5 minutes.
