Making healthy delicious Peanut Fried Rice at Home
Peanut Fried Rice is a tasty and aromatic fried rice which doesn't require any other curries. This is made with leftover rice and basic ingredients that is very simple to prepare. If you are tired of eating rice the same way, try this style of fried rice.

Ingredients
For the Peanut Masala Mixture
- Some Peanuts
- Some Gram Dhal
- Some Curry Leaves
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Some Cumin Seeds
- Some Sesame Seeds
- Some split Green Gram
- 6 dried Chilies
- Handful of grated Coconut
For the Peanut Fried Rice
- Some Peanuts
- Some Mustard Seeds
- Some Curry Leaves
- 3 Chilies broken into small pieces by hand

2 cups of cooked Rice
- 1 tsp of Roasted Curry Powder

Some Chili Powder
- Salt

Some Ghee, Sesame Oil, Butter, or some Water
Instructions
For the Peanut Masala Mixture
- Heat some Oil in a saucepan.
- Add some Peanuts. You can keep or remove the skin.
- Add some Gram Dhal.
- Add 6 dried Chilies.
- Add 2 Garlic Cloves.
- Add some Curry Leaves.
- Add some Cumin Seeds.
- Add some Sesame Seeds.
- Add some split Green Gram.
- Lightly fry everything.
- When it is almost fried, add a handful of grated Coconut.
- After frying, let this mixture cool down.
- Blend the mixture into a powder.
For the Peanut Fried Rice
- Heat some Oil in a saucepan.
- Add some Peanuts.
- Add some Mustard Seeds.
- Add some Curry Leaves.
- Add 3 dried Chilies broken into smaller pieces by hand.
- Lightly fry everything.
- Now add 2 cups of cooked Rice.
- Mix everything together and reduce the heat.
- Add 1 tsp of Roasted Curry Powder.
- Add some Chili Powder.
- Add Salt to taste
- Mix the Peanut Masala Powder into the Fried Rice a little at a time.
- Add some Ghee, Sesame Oil, Butter, or some Water to give a little bit of wet consistency to the Fried Rice.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
