No Bake Banana Bread Recipe without adding Eggs or Sugar
Who doesn't love banana bread? This Banana Bread is fluffy and spongy that we made with leftover bananas. You do not need to add any Eggs or Sugar with this recipe and it requires no baking in the oven.
Ingredients
- 4 peeled ripened Bananas (any variety)
- 1 tbsp of Yeast
- 2 tbsp of Butter
- Salt
- 5 tbsp of Milk
- 350g of All Purpose Flour
- Some Nuts, Plums, or Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Peel 4 ripened Bananas.
- Cut the Bananas into slices and add them into a bowl.
- Mash the slices using a spoon.
- Add 1 tbsp of Yeast.
- Add 2 tbsp of Butter.
- Add some Salt.
- Add 5 tbsp of Milk.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- While adding 350g of All Purpose Flour a little at a time, mix by hand and form the dough.
- Now cover the bowl and set it aside for 1 hour for the dough to rise.
- Rub some Flour on a preparation board.

Take the dough and break it apart into smaller pieces and form round shapes.
- Take each piece and flatten it by hand.
- You can add some Plums, Nuts, or Chocolate Chips to the pieces.
- Roll each piece back into a round shape using your hands.
- Rub some Cooking Oil inside a round baking pan and then place each piece inside the baking pan in a circle pattern.
- Now cover the baking pan with a cloth and set it aside for 1 hour to let the dough rise some more.
- Rub some Milk on top of each piece.
- Heat a large pot on the stove.
- Place the baking pan inside the large pot.

Cover with lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
- After cooking for 30 minutes, flip so that the top is on the bottom of the baking pan.
- Cook for 5 more minutes over the lowest heat.
