Crispy Potato Roll Ups that are better than Potato Chips
Crispy Potato Roll Ups are our version of a healthier homemade snack that are better than Potato Chips. This is a quick snack you can make using only 2 Potatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes with the skin removed.
- Salt
- Some Corn Flour
- Powdered Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Remove the skin from 2 Potatoes.

Slice it into thin pieces.
- Add some Salt to a pot.

Add the Potato pieces into it.
- Now add Water and wash the Potato pieces to remove any remaining Salt.
- Lay each of the Potato pieces on a preparation board.
- Take a tissue paper and press down on each piece to remove any additional Water.
- Flip the Potato piece and repeat to remove any additional Water on the other side.
- Lay half of these pieces flat on a new preparation board.
- Sprinkle some Corn Flour on top of each piece on the new preparation board.
- Lightly fry some Curry Leaves.
- After frying, blend the Curry Leaves into a powder.

Sprinkle the Curry Leaves powder on top of the pieces on the new preparation board.
- Now take each of the pieces remaining and put it on top of each of the seasoned Potato pieces on the new preparation board.
- Sprinkle some Corn Flour on top again.
- Sprinkle some Powdered Curry Leaves again.
- Roll each Potato piece and then insert a toothpick in the middle to maintain it's shape.

Deep fry each of the Potato pieces until it turns a golden color.

After frying, remove the toothpick from each of the Potato pieces.
