Crispy Maggi Noodle Potato Bites in just 5 minutes
Crispy Maggi Noodle Potato Bites are a tasty short eats snack made from just 1 Maggi Noodle Packet and some Potatoes. We do not use the flavor packet so it is healthier. You can make this in under 5 minutes for afternoon teatime.
Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes with the peels removed
- Salt
- Some Pepper
- Some Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp of Chili Powder
- 1.5 tbsp of Corn Flour
- 100g of All Purpose Flour

1 Maggi Noodles Packet (we won't be using the flavor packet)
- Some chopped Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Remove the peels from 4 Potatoes and cut it into thin slices.
- Add the slices into a bowl.
- Add some Salt.

Mix the Salt and the Slices together and set it aside for 5 minutes.
- Wash the Potato slices to remove any remaining Salt.
- Add some Pepper.
- Add some Turmeric Powder.
- Add 1 tsp of Chili Powder.

Add 1.5 tbsp of Corn Flour.
- Add 100g of All Purpose Flour.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Open 1 Maggie Noodles Packet and crush the Noodles by hand.
- Add the crushed Maggi Noodles to the Potato mixture.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Add some chopped Curry Leaves.
- Mix everything together.
- Scoop some of the mixture into your hand and form a ball shape and repeat.
- Deep fry each of the pieces.
