Authentic Coconut Puri with Potato Masala Curry
Popular in India, Puri (also known as Poori) is a famous puffy Indian bread made of wheat flour that is eaten for breakfast or as a snack. There are many varieties of Puri but in this recipe, we are making Coconut Puri.
To eat this soft Puri, we are making a Potato Masala Curry (Aloo Masala). The Aloo Masala recipe only requires a few basic ingredients to make and it is a thick and rich curry that goes well with the Puri.
Combing Puri and Aloo Masala Curry (Potato Masala Curry) for breakfast is not only tasty but makes a healthy and nutritious complete meal.
