2 ingredient Snow Pudding that is Super Soft
This super soft 2 ingredient snow pudding will melt in your mouth. Best of all, it doesn't take much time to prepare it.
You can serve this immediately after preparing, there is no need to let it set in the refrigerator. This is perfect for parties or events.
Ingredients
- 7 tbsp of Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- Some Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp of Sugar to a saucepan over medium heat.
- When the Sugar starts turning dark brown add 1 tbsp of Water and stir thoroughly.
- Once all of the Sugar has melted, let it cool down.
- After letting it cool down, add it all around the bottom of the pudding bowl by rotating the bowl.
- Separate out the Egg Whites from the Yolks.
- Add 3 tbsp of Sugar slowly to the Egg Whites while beating.
- When the mixture is foaming, add 2 more tbsp of Sugar slowly and keep beating.

Continue beating the mixture until you get peaks.
- Add some Vanilla Extract.
- Now mix using a spoon or a spatula.
- Add the Egg mixture to the pudding bowl.
- Cover the Pudding bowl with a foil so that Water doesn't get inside.

We are going to steam it. Put the pudding bowl inside the steamer and steam for about 30 minutes.
- After steaming for 30 minutes, remove the Foil and insert a toothpick and check if anything sticks to it. If nothing sticks to the toothpick, then it is ready.
- Now flip the pudding bowl into a serving plate.
