Tasty Cutlets using Maggi Noodles
Maggi Noodles can be used so many ways and in this recipe, we are using it to make crispy Cutlets that make a great short eats or afternoon snack. It only takes 10 minutes to make these tasty cutlets with a few basic ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 crushed Garlic Cloves
- 2 and a half Onions
- 1 thinly sliced piece of Ginger
- Some Curry Leaves
- 1 thinly sliced Green Chili
- Some crushed Cardamon and Cloves
- Some crushed Cinnamon
- 2 boiled Potatoes mashed into smaller pieces
- 1 tsp of Pepper
- Salt
- 1 tsp of Corn Flour (optional)
- 2 tbsp of All Purpose Flour
- 1 Maggie Noodles Packet (the seasoning packet is not required)
Instructions
- Heat some Oil in a saucepan.
- Add 2 crushed Garlic Cloves.
- Add half a chopped Onion.
- Add a thinly sliced piece of Ginger.
- Add some Curry Leaves.
- Add a thinly sliced Green Chili.
- While stirring over medium heat, add some crushed Cardamon and Cloves.
- Add some crushed Cinnamon.
- Add 2 boiled Potatoes that are mashed into smaller pieces.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Add 2 thinly sliced Onions that are fried.
- Add 1 tsp of Pepper.
- Add some Salt.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Now scoop some of the filling and Cutlet shapes. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.

Optional: Add 1 tsp of Corn Flour to a bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp of All Purpose Flour.
- Add Salt to taste.
- While adding Water slowly, mix and foam a runny batter.
- Crush the Maggi Noodles by hand.
- Cover each of the Cutlets we made earlier in the batter.

Then cover each of the Cutlets in the crushed Maggi Noodles.
- Now deep fry each of the Cutlets until it is a golden color.
