Crumbly Gnanakatha Cookies for the Afternoon Plain Tea
Gnanakatha are crumbly sweet sugar biscuits that are perfect for that afternoon plain tea. These are the types of biscuits our ancestors ate for teatime in the olden days and many people still do in villages. This Gnanakatha recipe only takes 10 minutes to prepare.
Gnanakatha cookies are crumbly like Sago Biscuits. If you like softer cookies, you will want to try my Butter Cookies recipe.
