Coconut Chocolate Bars using 3 ingredients, Pol Chocolate Recipe
Coconut Chocolates are very soft and moist. The combination of desiccated Coconut and Chocolate is a unique and tasty. This recipe only takes 3 ingredients and you can make it easily in 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 grated Coconut
- 1 cup of condensed Milk
- 1 Chocolate bar
Instructions
- Grated 1 Coconut.
- Heat the grated Coconut in a saucepan over low heat until it becomes very dry.
- Add 1 cup of Condensed Milk.
- Mix thoroughly over low heat.
- Cover the inside of a Casserole Dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the Coconut mixture inside, spread evenly and then pack it in tight using a spoon.
- Put it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer and then removed from the dish and parchment paper.

Cut it into any shapes you want.

Now double boil 1 Chocolate bar and melt it (you can even use cooking chocolate).
- Cover a tray with some parchment paper.
- Now take each of the Coconut pieces, dip and cover it in the melted Chocolate.
- After dipping, put each Chocolate piece on top of the parchment paper on the tray.
- Put it in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours.
