Coconut Chocolate Bars using 3 ingredients, Pol Chocolate Recipe

Coconut Chocolates are very soft and moist. The combination of desiccated Coconut and Chocolate is a unique and tasty. This recipe only takes 3 ingredients and you can make it easily in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 grated Coconut
  • 1 cup of condensed Milk
  • 1 Chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Grated 1 Coconut.
  2. Heat the grated Coconut in a saucepan over low heat until it becomes very dry.
  3. Add 1 cup of Condensed Milk.
  4. Mix thoroughly over low heat.
  5. Cover the inside of a Casserole Dish with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the Coconut mixture inside, spread evenly and then pack it in tight using a spoon.
  7. Put it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  8. Remove from freezer and then removed from the dish and parchment paper.
  9. Cut it into any shapes you want.
  10. Now double boil 1 Chocolate bar and melt it (you can even use cooking chocolate).

  11. Cover a tray with some parchment paper.
  12. Now take each of the Coconut pieces, dip and cover it in the melted Chocolate.
  13. After dipping, put each Chocolate piece on top of the parchment paper on the tray.
  14. Put it in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours.
