No Bake No Knead Pizza made on the Stove Top in 10 minutes
When you make pizza, you have to struggle with making the dough and crust. With this recipe, you no longer have to knead and get the perfect dough because it is a simple pancake style batter. This personal pizza requires no baking in the oven and it only uses just 3 ingredients for the crust. You can make this easy pizza recipe in only 10 minutes on the stove top.
Ingredients
For the Pizza
- 1 cup of Yogurt
- 1 cup of All Purpose Flour
- Salt
- Half a teaspoon of Baking Powder
- Ketchup (you can use Tomato Sauce or Pizza Sauce)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Dried Oregano
- Salt
For the Toppings
You can add whatever toppings you like. We have added the toppings below.
- Chopped Garlic
- Diced Banana Peppers
- 2 colors of thinly sliced Bell Peppers
- Diced Onions
- Diced Tomatoes
- Cooked Bacon
- Sliced Olives
- Chili Flakes
- Some Pepper
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of Yogurt into a bowl.
- Stir until it is runny.
- Add 1 cup of All Purpose Flour.
- Add Salt to taste.
- Add half a teaspoon of Baking Powder.
- Mix thoroughly using a spoon.

Now mix Water in little by little and make a runny batter.
- Rub some Oil on the inside of a saucepan.
- Heat the saucepan on very low heat.
- Pour the batter into the saucepan and let it cook.
- When one side is cooked, flip the batter to cook the other side.
- Now spread some Ketchup on top of the Pizza crust.
- Add some chopped Garlic.
- Add some diced Banana Peppers.
- Add 2 colors of thinly sliced Bell Peppers.
- Add some diced Onions.
- Add some diced Tomatoes.
- Add some cooked Bacon broken into small pieces.
- Add some sliced Olives.
- Add some dried Oregano.
- Add some Chili Flakes.
- Add some Pepper.
- Add Salt to taste.
- Add some Mozzarella Cheese.
- Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes until the Cheese has melted.
