Easy Pol Toffee Recipe you can make in 10 minutes
Pol Toffee is a Coconut sweet treat that is moist and delicious. It is made especially for Christmas and New Years. This is a traditional recipe where it is made in about 10 minutes and it does not require adding any Butter. Both young and old love to eat Pol Toffee. Ingredients
- 250g of White Sugar
- Salt

Half of a large Coconut Grated
- 1 tbsp of Milk Powder
- Some Cardamom Powder
- Some Vanilla Extract

Some Food Coloring
Instructions
- Add half a cup of Water into a saucepan.
- Add 250g of White Sugar.
- Add some Salt.
- Stir this mixture frequently over medium heat.
- When the mixture starts boiling, add half a large Coconut grated.
- Add 1 tbsp of Milk Powder.
- Add some Cardamom Powder.
- Turn the stove down to low heat.
- Add some Vanilla Extract.
- Keep stirring this mixture frequently.
- Add some Food Coloring. Use only a very small amount.
- Stir frequently.
- When this mixture is thickened and sticky, turn off the stove.
- Rub some Oil on a baking tray.
- Pour the Pol Toffee mixture into the baking tray and shape it into a square.
