Sri Lankan Dohoi Recipe with Spicy Fish Curry
Dohoi is type of dosa made from Ulundu Flour that was quite popular in Sri Lanka in the past although most people do not know about it today. Traditionally, Dohoi is made from Ulundu Flour but if you do not have it, you can use All Purpose Flour instead. Using this recipe, we can make about 15 Dohoi.
If you want, you can even add some grated Coconut to the Dohoi batter to make it tastier.
