Horse Gram Curry, called Kollu Maaluwa in Sri Lanka, is a healthy curry made from Horse Gram and spices. It looks similar to a Parippu Curry. Horse Gram is important in ayurveda and good for strength and helping prevent or reduce diabetes. It is most commonly eaten with Kurakkan Thalapa.
