Rulan Dosa is a thin crepe made using Rice and Semolina Flour and spices that is very popular in Southeast Cuisine. It is known as Rava Dosa and is a street food in Indian Cuisine. In this recipe, we make a special Coconut Chutney that pairs very well with the Dosa. The specialty about this recipe is that it doesn't require any Wheat Flour, No Yeast, and no Yogurt or Curd.

Rulan Dosa is often eaten as a breakfast or for dinner. It is a meal you can make very quickly in about 20 minutes. With this recipe, you can make about 18 Rulan Dosas.
