You might be wondering if Chocolate Brownies are Chocolate Cake? Brownies are not soft like Chocolate Cake, there is a little bit of firmness. Brownies are more thick and sticky (like fudge) when eating. Brownies have a dry cracked crust on top meanwhile the middle is moist. This moistness is controlled by the amount of Butter or Oil used.
